Product Introduction

Disc type Self-cleaning Filter is able to auto remove the particles accumulated on filtration surface through high efficient mechanical scraping type. And auto discharge the liquid with high impurity concentration collected inside the chamber through the time difference and pressure difference controlled by PLC. The discharged liquid can be recycled or disposed.

    Disc type Self-cleaning Filter from Siehe Industry is with special sealing structure, combining with special sealing ring and special mouth of the filter bag, it can avoid any possible materials leakage.

      Working Principle

      Cleaning disc with spring moving up and down inside the filtration screen removes the impurity on the screen. Filtration liquid enters from the top to bottom, filtrate from the inside to outside of the screen. The impurities remain on the surface of the screen, easy to remove, collected to the collecting room. When it moves downward, all the impurities will be removed by the disc to the collecting room. When it moves upward, the disc remove the impurities from the screen surface and the liquid drives the impurities, go through the disc and enters to the collecting room to discharge the waste.
