Scraper type Self-cleaning Filter consists of motor decelerator, shell, screen, scraper system, pressure difference controller, PLC controller, electric cabinet, waste discharging valve etc.. Medium enters into the filter from the materials inlet, filtering materials from inside to outside through screen gap. Filtrated materials flow from the top to the bottom to the discharging port. The impurities with size bigger than the screen gap will be stopped, and the filtration screen will be blocked by the impurities after the filtration module run for a certain period. If the pressure difference comes to pre-set value, the PLC monitor will detect the signal and give out a command that the scraper rotates driven by the decelerator and clean the waste sticking to the screen automatically. Keep screen gap free for filtration. When the impurities at the filter bottom are collected, as long as open the discharging valve at the bottom, all the impurities will be discharged smoothly to keep the system pressure normal. The scraper system of self-cleaning filter consists of stator, PTFE scraper and spring. Reasonable spring pressure, reduce the abrasion to the screen as much as possible.
