The special design of double ribbon is suitable not only for powder mixing but also powder-liquid, paste mixing or the materials with high viscosity or specific gravity(such as putty, really stone paint, metal powder and etc material). The designed radial speed of ribbon ranges from 1.8-2.2m/s, therefore, this is a flexibility mixing which have a low material destructiveness.

Higher Loading Rate, Better Sealing
The angle of mixing cylinder are designed according to materials characteristics ranges from 180º-300º and the largest loading is 70%. Different sealing method are in option. As for ultrafine powder, pneumatic + packing seal are used as it improves sealing service time and effects to large extent. On the other hand, in terms of materials with good fluidity, mechanical seal is the optimized choice which can meet the requirement of different operation condition.

Products can be customized in different specifications, such as mixer with spray, vacuum system, cover support, heating system, ex-proof, break ribbon and etc in SS304 or ss316. Lining of cylinder can be polyurethane or spraying wear-resistant material. In terms of valves, plum blossom valve, butterfly valve, flap valve, ball valve and etc. are in option.
Horizontal ribbon mixer consists of drive disk assembly, double layer ribbon agitator, U-shape cylinder. Inside ribbons move materials toward the ends of the ribbon blender whereas the outside ribbons move material back toward the center of the ribbon blender, therefore, materials get fulling mixing. Materials flow direction are determined by ribbon angle, direction, twining method. Material outlet are located in the middle of cylinder bottom. Outside ribbon driven by main shaft moves materials to discharging to ensure no discharging dead zone.
