To meet client needs, we provide a 500L Double Planetary Mixer, with a double-layer removable tank to meet the needs of temperature control. Material contact is made of 316L stainless steel, with excellent corrosion and heat resistance. The whole machine is explosion-proof and vacuum to ensure safe operation.

Introduction:
The Double Planetary Mixer (Tank-lifting Type) consists of two sets of low-speed mixers and two sets of high-speed dispersers, which have good mixing and dispersing effects.
Double dispersion discs with multi-layer cutterhead and the dispersion line speed is up to 23m/s, with extremely high shear force, which can effectively control the viscosity and fineness of the slurry.
The screw mixing paddle adopts 3D design. Made of duplex steel, precision cast, processed by a five-axis gantry machining center, and formed in one step. It can ensure the gaps between the agitators, the agitators between the tank wall, and the agitators between the bottom of the tank, reduce the mixing dead corners, and improve the uniformity of the finished product.
The positioning of the tank adopts a V-shaped device design, and an accurate 360-degree direction. Through the hydraulic locking device and the guide rail, the tank can be lifted and down.

Accurate positioning, easy operation and safe use. The bucket support device has a wedge-shaped structure, no pressure relief, no bucket falling, and a safety interlock, which can be set to prevent misoperation.
Strong customization and high plasticity. Explosion-proof, vacuum and cooling system can be customized to meet different process requirements.
