High-end manufacturing! Two devices from SIEHE have been successfully delivered to the customer's factory in Russia

Recently, SIEHE Group has successfully delivered the high-end vacuum disperser with scraper and a vertical ribbon vacuum drying mixer to the Russian customer SEALING TECHNOLOGIES JSC!

The vacuum disperser with scraper launched this time is one of the star products of SIEHE Group. We have made high-end customization according to customer needs. In the vacuum closed dispersing condition, the dispersing shaft can reciprocate up and down, so that the dispersing disc can reach the upper, middle and lower layers of materials in the tank, which has good adaptability to medium and high viscosity and thixotropic materials. Due to the customer's need to control the material within a certain temperature range, we have designed an extended temperature probe to detect the material temperature in real time, making temperature control more accurate. The scraper is made of special high-lubricity PTFE material, which can easily scrape the material on the tank wall off to improve the mixing and heat exchange effect. The dispersing disc is fixed to the main shaft with hexagon socket-head cap screws, which can be disassembled and exchanged quickly, easy to clean. Different dispersing discs can be exchanged accordingly to production process to obtain optimized dispersing result.

The vertical ribbon vacuum drying mixer also meets customers' demand for high-quality products with excellent drying efficiency and stable operating performance. This is a set of mixing, reaction, drying in one of the functional dryer, widely used in food, adhesives, lithium battery and other industries. Equipment with heating jacket, spindle mechanical seal, can achieve high vacuum sealing effect. We have also customized a matching steel structure platform for our customers, with steps and handrails for easy feeding and observation of material status.

The two devices are equipped with PLC control system and touch screen, which is convenient to operate and can realize intelligent control. After the successful completion of the factory acceptance, we hired a professional packaging company for equipment packaging and delivery, to ensure the safety and stability of the transportation process.
