The cooperation between SIEHE Group and Mankiewicz dates back to 2011. At that time, Mankiewicz first purchased the equipment from SIEHE Group. Building on this successful partnership, Mankiewicz again selected SIEHE Group to customize multiple high-performance high-speed dispersers for its new Pinghu plant expansion. The Hydraulic Lifting High Speed Disperser supplied by SIEHE Group is suitable for large-volume production, featuring high dispersion efficiency and homogeneity. The core dispersing system is customized according to Mankiewicz's specific process requirements, ensuring perfect compatibility with the different specifications of the dispersing components. It is designed to meet the requirements of materials with different viscosities and granularities, ensuring that the equipment achieves the ideal dispersing effect. The dispersing disc is fixed to the spindle with hexagonal bolts and can be easily removed and replaced to meet different process requirements.

Compared with competitors in the same industry, SIEHE's hydraulic station utilizes materials and incurs costs that are 2.5 times higher, offering better lifting stability. The base is machined by a drilling machine, providing higher rigidity and strength. Additionally, the drive system features a breakthrough application of the European standard tapered sleeve pulley design, equipped with an anti-static V-belt drive that is easy to dismantle and takes into account the interchangeability of different diameters, eliminating the need for positioning on the shaft and facilitating easy installation. The pulley undergoes phosphating black treatment, ensuring durability and high stability.

According to the customer's production process and material characteristics, the equipment is equipped with an air-supported retractable drum cover made of aluminum, which is lightweight and rustproof, requiring minimal effort to open and close. The 1/3 open-door design structure is compatible with multi-specification pulling cylinders, reducing the loss of material volatilization and suppressing the risk of splashing. The electrical control system adopts electrical components from international brands such as Schneider and Siemens and is equipped with an explosion-proof control box to meet the safety requirements of high-risk environments.

Throughout the project, SIEHE's technical team collaborated closely with Mankiewicz's engineers to continuously optimize the material specifications and equipment design. Upon completion of production and commissioning, a rigorous Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) was conducted to verify operational safety protocols, system functionality, and compliance with German quality standards. Customer feedback confirmed that the high-speed dispersers demonstrated stable performance with superior mixing efficiency, exceeding all specified performance benchmarks and significantly boosting production output.
