Debugging Finished for Dispersing Equipments to Czech Republic, Customer Highly Appreciates It

In recent days, SIEHE Group has successfully manufactured and then delivered the dispersing related equipments to North Moravia, Czech Republic. Our technical staffs arrived in the customer’s factory soon after and have assisted in the debugging equipments.

UTP CZECH S.R.O (hereafter referred to as UTP) is an enterprise producing car paint in Frýdek-Místek, Czech Republic. Trough friend’s recommendation, after communication, the customer thinks highly of our technology and expertise in equipments and then ordered a set of car paint complete production line, including hydraulic lifting high speed dispersers, movable tanks, kettle type dispersers, steel structure platform, etc, whose capacity varies from 400 liters to 1500 liters.

SIEHE Group provides design and production service paint complete production line with annual output from 500 tons to 100,000 tons, including nitrocellulose lacquer, polyurethane paint, varnish, anti-corrosion paint, finishing varnish and epoxy paint, etc. The complete production line consists of raw material auto feeding system, metering and batching system, dispersing system, grinding system, tinting system, discharging and filtration system, filling system, operation platform, color paste production section. From material charging to discharging, and to finished products packaging, all production processes are automatically and with line layout. The production line adopts international advance dispersing and grinding system, with high efficiency, good fineness and high quality products.
