During Nov. 15-17, the 2023 CHINACOAT was grandly held at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. This exhibition brings together 1,070 exhibitors from 31 countries and regions. The 5 major exhibition areas display a full range of raw materials and production equipment for coatings, as well as other related cutting-edge technologies and formulas. In the coating production process, mixing is a key link. As an expert in industrial mixing technology, SIEHE was certainly not be absent.

1000L High-speed Disperser with Scraper
The Scraper Type Disperser present draw the most attention, which is the start product in the show. Plenty visitors come and inquiry the details.
High-speed disperser is mainly used for solid-liquid mixing, widely used in coatings, paints, inks, daily chemicals and other industries. Through the high-speed rotation of the disperser, strong shear impact and friction are generated between the materials, which can quickly and evenly disperse the powder into the liquid material.
The capacity of SIEHE’s high-speed disperser ranges from 1L to 15,000L. Including hydraulic lifting type, vacuum type, scraper type, etc. It can also customize a variety of non-standard forms.

200L Double Planetary Mixer
As the core product of SIEHE, Double Planetary Mixer also gained great attention. It is mainly used for mixing high-viscosity materials, such as sealants, adhesives, inks, battery fluids, etc. The highest viscosity can reach 10,000 pas. The maximum processing capacity is 3,000L. Equipped with power up to 500KW. It has the advantages of strong power, high mixing efficiency, wide application range and clean discharge.

TDS-3 Inline High-speed Disperser
TDS Inline High-speed Disperser is a kind of machine for inline powder suction and rapid dispersion of powder into liquid materials. Which can achieve the materials fast feeding, wetting and dispersing, without agglomeration during dispersing, with better reaction effect, and higher material utilization rate and better product quality. The equipment can be modularized, which can save a lot of pipelines and process steps, while minimizing the production cost. Widely used in the paint industry, instead of dispersing + basket mill grinding, this machine can achieve by one machine.

Lab-type Double Planetary Mixer
This is a new mixing machine developed by SIEHE Group for the processing of medium and high viscosity materials in universities and factory laboratories. It consists of a low-speed mixer and a high-speed disperser. Good mixing, reaction, dispersion and kneading functions. The equipment is designed with a base, and is equipped with an extruder and a sliding track to achieve an integrated operation mode of mixing and discharging.

Lab-type Multi-functional Machine
It consists of drive system, control system, working components and auxiliary system.
