The recently finished Eighteenth session of the Fifth Plenary Session once again raised requests of building a beautiful China, intensify environmental control, improve the environmental quality, implement the most stringent environmental protection system, deeply carrying out the air, water and soil pollution prevention action plan.

Recently, an Research Institute of China electric power construction group (hereinafter: Total package contractor) signed the relevant contract with SIEHE Group regarding the soil improvement project in Nanhua County Luliang County, Yunnan province.

This project was launched in 2013, the total package contractor finally confirmed SIEHE Group’s mixing equipment for this project after many visits and technical feasibility studies; although the project has been signed, the task is still arduous and difficult for below points:

First, the project is located deep in the mountains, there are about fifty cubic meters soil stones need to be addressed, to dispose of the mountain, it must be built directly handling equipment in the mountains; since the production capacity is large, it requires very large processing capability also, but the mountain road is narrow, so that brought unprecedented challenges for the device get into the mountains.

Second, because of the mountains, by the impact of rain, the moisture content of the surface and deep has big difference, some are dry, some are sticky; with fine soil as well as large stones; also need to add acid to improve soil, at the same time total package contractor has higher requirements for uniformity, which requires us to have multiple adaptive equipment.

Last, about people’s livelihood, provincial and municipal leaders attach great importance on this project, offers very tight delivery time, which requires us accomplish the mission in the shortest possible time with the fastest efficiency and minimal investmen.

Difficulties are used to be overcame! SIEHE Group pay great attention to this project, the director Mr Zhao went to Yunnan province in person, and set up a dedicated project team to carry out several feasibility study conferences, make detailed discussions on process design and equipment technology and finally confirmed the program.

Currently, the project has completed the small scale and middle scale pilot phase, the project has entered the final stage - the most important large batch processing stage, both sides are confident of completing the project successfully. SIEHE Group will take this as an opportunity for further environmental research, develop more high-performance products, applied our equipment to environmental projects, take creating a national green environmental as our own responsibility, offer a force for Chinese environmental protection cause!
