SIEHE Group signed a high viscosity production unit with Zhongke Hairui

After the successful cooperation in the project of two sets of high viscosity mixing equipment with Technical Institute of Physics and Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, SIEHE Group has also signed a contract with Zhongke Hairui (Xiamen) Science and Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. for a high viscosity production unit which is put into operation on 8th August 2023.

Zhongke Hairui (Xiamen) Science and Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. is a new high-tech enterprise initiated by the microbead technology team of Technical Institute of Physics and Chemistry CAS, focusing on the technical service, product development and material supply of new materials such as hollow glass beads and thermal insulation materials.

In early May this year, SIEHE Group provided a Double Planetary Mixer Unit with Zhongke Hairui. During the period, the engineers of both sides kept close communication. To ensure the smooth progress, SIEHE Group mobilised the whole production base to manufacture this unit of machines, which was finally delivered on schedule and passed the final acceptance.

The first cooperation between Technical Institute of Physics and Chemistry CAS and SIEHE Group started in 2015 with a SXJB-500 Double Planetary Mixer Unit. The use of the equipment is very stable, providing a strong guarantee of output. So Technical Institute of Physics and Chemistry CAS repurchased this system in 2017 showing the trust and satisfaction to SIEHE GROUP.

SIEHE GROUP provided another SXJB-500 Double Planetary Power Mixer Unit. While focusing on quality, SIEHE GROUP specializes on the R&D and innovation of products. Compared with the previous equipment, the new one is more automated with higher efficiency. Tanks with track system to make the operation more convenient and further improves the automation of the production line.
