SIEHE Waterborne putty production line successfully put into operation in Panama: leading a new chapter in green building materials

Project Introduction: COCHEZ is a Panamanian building materials and home improvement company with a leading position in the region. In order to expand service projects and meet the needs of people's high quality living standards, the company decided to introduce a set of water-based putty production line equipment to create a green and efficient production system. Due to the lack of relevant experience in this field, COCHEZ hoped to find an equipment manufacturer with deep industry accumulation, based on SIEHE Group's rich equipment application and production experience in the field of powder and fluids, the two sides reached a complete equipment cooperation.

Material Characteristics:Putty is a kind of thick paste paint, generally using a small amount of paint base, additives, a large number of fillers and an appropriate amount of coloring pigments prepared, can be divided into water-based putty and oil-based putty. Its application occasions include interior wall, exterior wall, furniture, wood, metal, etc. The different application occasions also determine its different production processes. As an environmentally friendly substitute for traditional oil-based putty, water-based putty has gradually become the new darling of the market with its non-toxic, tasteless, easy construction, fast drying, strong adhesion, and exquisite texture.

SIEHE Solution: According to the material characteristics, system capacity and plant conditions of customers' products, we have designed a production line program composed of feeding system, conveying system, metering system, mixing system, filling system, control system, dust removal system, etc., with a production capacity of 8 tons per hour, which can be fully automated and reduce the work intensity of operators. Avoid the quality problems caused by human factors, greatly improve the product quality and production efficiency of putty.

Process Flow:
The putty production process is divided into material conveying, measuring, mixing, filling and packaging.
*Material conveying and measuring are divided into powder and liquid modules.
The powder 1 are unpacked by the ton bag unpacking feeding station, delivered to the bin by the bucket elevator, and then fed by the conveying screw. The weighing bin is equipped with a weighing sensor to realize automatic batching into the mixer. Powder 2 are delivered to the bin through the vacuum feeder from the small bag feeding station and conveyed to the distribution bin by the conveyor screw, with batch control instrument and touch screen, you can set the formula for automatic dosing. The equipment is equipped with dust removal system to prevent dust from flying and ensure a clean working environment.
Liquid raw materials are divided into water and emulsion. The feeding of water is achieved through pumps and flow meters. The emulsion is pumped by a conveying pump into a storage tank with a weighing sensor, and the measured material is pumped through a pressurized mode to the mixer. The emulsion is also sprayed into the mixer through the spray head.
*Mixing: The powder and liquid into the horizontal ribbon mixer, stir evenly, after mixing to the intermediate tank temporary storage. The horizontal ribbon mixer consists of drive disk assembly, double layer ribbon agitator, U-shape cylinder. The special design of double ribbon mixer the materials into high uniformity in a few minutes. This equipment is widely used in the preparation of water-based putty.


*Filling: Connected with the intermediate tank, the top open bag semi-auto packing machine and the automatic filling machine are used to measure and pack according to different packaging forms. The automatic filling machine uses automatic production from the intake link of the barrel, and completes automatic filling, quantitative filling, capping, finished product stacking, automatic output and other operations under electrical control. Fast filling speed and high degree of automation. The whole line is closed production, the filling feed is connected by pipelines, and the capping/clamping cover work is completed quickly after the filling is completed, and the environmental protection index is excellent.
