Refractories Complete Production Line

Refractories Complete Production Line, manufactured by SIEHE Industry, includes six parts: feeding system, conveying system, storage system, batching system, blending system and packing system. The production process is manual feeding, conveying each kind of ingredient into correspondent raw materials hopper through pneumatic conveying device. The quantities of main ingredient and other ingredients are controlled by batching system. The batching system controls the Screw Conveyor and Belt Feeder under the raw material hopper, to add different main and auxiliary materials into the batching tank automatically according to the set value; Then through pneumatic conveying device, the batching tank send the material to the intermediate hopper; Finally, the mixed material will be packed by Automatic Packing Machine and conveyed to the finished product warehouse.

Batching System Feeding Powder Part: screw feeding, vibrating feeding, belt feeding, rotary valve feeding Screw frequency control of motor speed, the opening of the valve can be adjusted. Storage System Storage Apply to raw materials and finished products, intermediate storage; There are: raw materials silo, finished product hopper, temporary storage hopper before mixing, finished products hopper after mixing, etc 1. Temporary storage before mixing, finished product hopper after mixing, can shorten the time of feeding and discharging of the mixer, to improve the utilization ratio of mixer, reduce production cost, improve the system capacity;

2. Storage tank with broken arch (Vibration hammer or fluidistor).

Mixing System Mixing Horizontal Non-gravity Mixer, Horizontal Plough Mixer, etc.. Select different mixers as per different material property and mixing processing requirements.
Packing System Packing Top Open Bag Packing Machine, Ton Bag Packing Machine, etc.. Choose the most suitable packing machine by the packing specification, accuracy requirement, packing efficiency, material properties etc.
