Battery slurry is divided into positive electrode slurry and negative electrode slurry. Positive electrode slurry consists of the binder, conductive agent, positive electrode materials etc.; Negative electrode slurry consists of the binder, graphite carbon powder and so on. For producing positive electrode slurry and negative electrode slurry, both need to mix, dissolve and disperse liquid-liquid materials and liquid-powder materials. During the process, temperature, viscosity and environment will be changed. Double Planetary Mixer: The equipment consists of geared motor, planet carrier, agitator, scraper, barrel, double-column hydraulic lift systems, and racks etc.. The rotating planet carrier drives the mixing and dispersing shafts (optional) to revolve around the container axial direction and also to rotates at a high-speed at same time to put the materials under strong shearing and kneading force, so the materials are dispersed and mixed thoroughly. The scraper attached to the planet carrier rotates together with the planetary frame. It clings to the container wall and scrape the materials off the wall continuously. The container inner wall is precisely lathed and then mirror polished to ensure the scraper can scrape all materials sticking to the wall off without residue, improving the mixing effect.
Dispersing Homogenizer: The device adopts horizontal structure, its working chamber has a set of rotator and stator which coupled precisely; The motor drives intermediate shaft running at high speed, strong kinetic energy creates high linear speed of the rotor, so that the material between the gap of the stator and rotor flying out under a strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, hydraulic friction, shear strength and the material will be uniformly dispersed and refined in an instant. The equipment can work circularly so that ensured high quality products.
Dispersion grinding equipment: the main shaft in the working chamber of the machine is equipped with large number of high wear-resistant high hardness pins, the motor drives the grinding media of high filling ratio in the chamber running to different directions irregularly, the particles in the material suffer constant collision and friction of the grinding media, meanwhile the screen separates the material and the grinding media, so that the material flows into the grinding chamber from the tank continuously and circularly, realizing the purpose of making particle size smaller, particle size range narrower.
