Coaxial High-speed Disperser (Hydraulic Lifting) is a kind of product with function of dispersing, scraping, and vacuumizing. During dispersing process, scraper can rotate along the tank wall and generates a radial mixing flow. In addition, the PTFE scraper can scrape the materials on the tank off efficiently. It is good for the materials with mid-and-high viscosity and thixotropy property. The finished products can be discharged completely and the tank are easy to clean. With vacuum closed design, together with vacuum pump or the pump group. The vacuum degree can go up to -0.098mpa(20mbar), It is apply to the dispersing and mixing materials under special working condition like vacuum degassing, vacuum materials feeding, inert gases protection etc..
Through the high-speed rotation dispersing disc, the materials will become in annular form flow, resulting in strong vortex flow, which descend down to the bottom of the vortex in spiral state. During the process, materials are dispersed, dissolved, mixed and emulsified efficiently due to the strong shearing crash and friction among the particles.
PTFE scraper rotates clinging to the tank wall to scrape the materials staying on the tank wall off and also enhances the materials circulation.
The hydraulic pump drives the hydraulic cylinder ascend and descend, which drives the whole transmission, working set and closed cover up and down. And during operation, the cover and tank is completely closed to realize vacuum dispersing result with the help of vacuum system.
