Up-spray Dispersing Emulsifier consists of main shaft, the body, the baffle and other parts. Its specially designed rotor rotating at high speed sucks the materials at the bottom of the container to the stator and rotor area for shearing. And a adjustable baffle over the emulsifying work head stop the upward sprayed materials and spread around, finally go back to the bottom. This whole circulation repeats, which disperse and mix materials in a short time.
This machine consists of main shaft, the body, the baffle and other parts. When the specially designed rotor rotating at high speed, strong up-climbing force is generated between the upper part and lower part so that materials run to the mixing area in turbulence from bottom, wall and the corners of the container. After going through the mixing area of stator/rotor, the materials jet and climb-up and are stopped by the upper baffle, then the materials spray to the sides of the tank and fall down. And then go back to the tank bottom. The whole process repeats for countless time. Due to the components with special structure, the materials under actions of strong crashing, shearing, dissolving and turbulence generated in the stator and rotor structure rotating at high-speed, excellent blending, dispersing and shearing result can be obtained within a very short time.
