    Main pot emulsifying process was conducted under the totally sealing condition, which prevent the pollution of the dust and microorganism. The material in water and oil pot vacuum feeding way to the main emulsifying pot. The discharge is the main pot turn and dumping. The whole set structure is three layers jacket. The heating and cooling in one jacket. The jacket outer is aluminum silicate thermal insulation layer, which can prevent the workers be scalded, and ensure the safety.

  • Temperature Control
    Use the electricity heating pipe heat the heat-conducting medium within the pot to realize the heating for the material. The heating temperature can be set. It can also use steam heating. The material can be cooling by connecting the cooling water in the interlayer. The operation is simple, convenient, and interlayer is equipped with insulating layer outside.

  • High efficiency blending without residue
    The material in pot is cut dispersing, and emulsifying through the homogenizer high speed inner circulation. Blending in forward and reverse direction: clockwise is the frame type agitator mixing, and counterclockwise needle impeller. The scraper agitator generate centrifugal effect during operation, which make the PTFE scraper clingy to the pot wall, which effectively solve the problem of the wall residue and leave no dead Angle. The iverter make the the various speed control possible. Homogenizing mixing and impeller agitator can be used separately or at the same time. The dispersing, homogenizing, emulsifying, mixing of material can be finished in a short time.

Working Principle

Material in water pot or oil pot mixing reaction after heating and blending. After mixing the materials will be sucked to the emulsifying pot through vacuum pump. Through emulsification pot stirring at the upper center, and the PTFE scraper always clingy to the pot body, sweep the stick material hanging on the wall, and cause the picked up materials constantly produce new interface. Then after the rotating blade cut, compress, fold again, the stirring, mixing flows downward to the bottom of the pot body. The material go through high-speed rotating cutting wheel and fixed cutting set by strong shearing, impacting, turbulent process,. The material is cut in the shear joints, and quickly break into 200 nm - 2 um particles. Because the emulsifying pot is under vacuum condition, the bubbles generated during mixing process will be taken away in time.
