SIEHE Group's new workshop put into operation

In the vibrant spring of March, the newly established workshop of SIEHE Group has been officially put into operation, signifying enhanced production capacity and expanded development opportunities. The establishment of the new workshop marks significant milestones in the company's growth, crucial actions for the sustainable development of our enterprise, and a firm stride toward the future.

The SIEHE Production Base is situated in the Fengjing Industrial Park in Jinshan, Shanghai, boasting a prime location and strategic advantage in connecting the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta. With a well-established transportation network and significant external influence, Jinshan District stands as one of China's seven major chemical industry hubs, supported by a robust industrial base. It hosts leading global chemical companies like BASF, Huntsman and Clariant. Leveraging the synergies of industrial and supply chains, SIEHE Group has forged enduring and reliable partnerships with numerous renowned enterprises.

The new and old workshops are situated in the same intelligent industrial park, spanning tens of thousands of square meters. Both factories have distinct division of labor, clear rights and responsibilities, and optimized production line layout, resulting in a smoother and more efficient production process.

The new workshop D5 was meticulously designed and built with a focus on energy conservation, environmental protection, and operational efficiency during the site selection process. It will take over the tasks of assembly, testing, and painting from the D2 factory. Simultaneously, the D2 workshop is set to undergo a significant equipment upgrade. Alongside the existing Mazak Turning and Milling Center, Five-axis Gantry Machining Center, CNC Boring and Milling Machining Center, Vertical Machining Center, and CNC Vertical Lathe, several advanced machining tools will be introduced to drive the intelligent and digital evolution of the SIEHE production line, enhancing product efficiency and machining precision.

Increased production lines and enhanced processes will enable us to cater to more customers, reduce production cycles, gain a competitive edge in the market, and foster quicker and superior development. The inauguration of the new workshop anticipates doubling SIEHE Group's total production capacity by 2024.
