Deep cooperation between SIEHE Group and Russian well-known aerospace materials institute

Lately, the customized machine from SIEHE Group to VIAM- Russian leading materials research institute has been checked and accepted successfully, will be arranged to deliver after the New Year’s day of 2020.

VIAM company with a long history, built on the Soviet time ( 1932), is a major industry in new materials development and production. With 25 units of high-tech research institutes and production complexes, manufacture 250 types of materials for complex technical system, military and special equipment. Used in aerospace industry, energy, construction, medicine and other fields. The company has more than 2,000 academicians and has published more than 10,000 monograph reference books. In 2002, 2007, 2012 and 2017, the VIAM team was received and thanked by the President of the Russian Federation for their great contributions to the development of the Russian aviation industry and defense industry.

Sales director of SIEHE Group and materials specialist of VIAM met at one industry exhibition in 2018, had a deep discussion on the development of a new aerospace materials of VIAM. The product with high corrosivity, high viscosity (over 2 million cps), heating temp. Over 200 degree, need to be mixed under high vacuum condition for a long time. SIEHE expert team well noted about the client requirements, solved the problems one by one, provide a perfect solution. Finally, our cooperation started in April 2019, VIAM purchased 4 units of production lines for the first stage of production. The system including double planetary mixer, hydraulic station, removable tank, vacuum condenser system, heating and cooling system, with higher mixing efficiency, strong stability, and higher automatic.

After the machine finished, two senior equipment engineer from VIAM came to accept the machines. SIEHE team takes it seriously, rigorous factory testing and strict factory acceptance standards have made customers very recognizable to SIEHE,  and they have also signed the acceptance report to SIEHE with confidence.

For years, SIEHE Group and other famous enterprises inside and outside of the China have built long-term cooperation. Such as famous chemical companies like BASF, 3M, SIKA etc.. Purchased machine from SIEHE Group for many times, which also reflecting the approval to SIEHE Group.
