The tank is equipped with a heating jacket, which is used together with a mould temperature machine. The inner surface of the tank is sprayed with wear-resistant material, which enhances the equipment's resistance to high temperature, abrasion and corrosion and prolongs the service life of the machine.

Product Introduction:
SIEHE Double Planetary Mixer consists of agitator, disperser, planetary rotating parts, tank, hydraulic lifting system and etc. The planetary rotating parts drive the mixing shaft and dispersing shaft to revolve around the tank axially and make rotary motion, which generates strong shearing force and kneading force making the material dispersed and mixed evenly.
The scraper placed on the planetary rotating parts rotates together with the tank wall and continuously scrapes the material off the tank wall. The inner wall of the tank is precisely lathed and mirror polished to ensure that the scraper can scrape off all materials adhering to the tank wall without leaving residue. The blades can also be equipped with a scraper to scrape off the material at the bottom without dead space.
Its production capacity can reach 100-3000L. The mixing paddle can be customised as paddle type, twist type, screw type, frame type and etc. to process different viscosity, specific gravity of the material and fulfill different production requirements.
