SIEHE Energetically Develops The Middle East Market

In recent years, economic cooperation between China and the Middle East has become increasingly close. Under the framework of  “The Belt and Road”, SIEHE Group vigorously develops the Middle East market, and has achieved remarkable results.

Last month, one unit of basket mill and high-speed disperser of SIEHE were going to the client in Saudi Arabia. The cooperation began with the paint production line in 2015 and close contact since then. SIEHE has won the trust of customers for many years with quality and service.

Basket mill is a kind of wet grinding machine, which integrates dispersing and grinding into one machine. Double-layer grinding chamber with cooling jacket, can cooling the grinding chamber when it works. Uniquely designed suction impeller and drive wheel, with higher efficiency. The fineness can reach within 10μm. The working head is manufactured by the machining center, with high precision, which greatly extends the maintenance cycle and service life of the machine.

Compared with horizontal bead mill, it has the characteristics of simple operation, high efficiency, small floor space, low material loss, and easy cleaning and color change. It is widely used in industries such as coatings, paints, inks, color pastes, cosmetics, and lithium battery pastes.

The high-speed disperser (hydraulic lifting) is the first choice of machine for solid-liquid dispersion and mixing. It’s equipped with an inverter for speed regulation, which allows long-time running, with stable operation and low noise. The dispersing disc is easy to disassemble and can be replaced according to the process characteristics. The lifting structure uses the hydraulic cylinder to keep it stable.
